1” - Turmeric root or 1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2” - fresh ginger root
1 cup - fresh mango
1/4 piece of banana
1/2 cup of fresh filtered water ( you can also use coconut milk but water cuts down on the calories and tastes just as yummy )
*sprinkle of black pepper for turmeric absorption
*handful of ice and blend
optional : mashed fresh blue berries as a garnish
